The invention relates to the field of elevators, in particular to a double-layer lift car structure for an ultra-high-speed elevator. The double-layer lift car structure comprises a main car frame and a fixed lift car and a movable lift car which are mounted in the main car frame; the fixed car is fixed at the bottom of the main car frame; auxiliary guide rails are arranged above the fixed car; the auxiliary guide rails are arranged on the inner sides of the main car frame; the movable car is in sliding connection with the auxiliary guide rails; a lifting mechanism is arranged at the top of the main car frame; and the lifting mechanism is connected with the top of the movable car. According to the double-layer lift car structure,the upper portion of the main car frame drives the movable car to ascend and descend through chain transmission; movement and power can be transmitted in a long distance; the adjustment range of an upper car and a lower car is large; the number of rotation turns of a motor can accurately correspond to the lifting height of a chain link; positioning of the movable car is more accurate; and the double-layer lift car structure can be suitable for various high-rise buildings with variable floor heights.

    本发明涉及电梯领域,具体涉及一种用于超高速电梯的双层轿厢结构,包括:主轿架以及安装在所述主轿架内的固定轿厢和活动轿厢;所述固定轿厢固定在所述主轿架底部,所述固定轿厢上方设置有辅助导轨,所述辅助导轨设置在所述主轿架内侧,所述活动轿厢与所述辅助导轨滑动连接,所述主轿架顶部设置有升降机构,所述升降机构与所述活动轿厢顶部相连。本发明中主轿架上部采用链传动驱动活动轿厢进行升降,能长距离传递运动和动力,使得上下轿厢的调节幅度大,并且电机旋转圈数能准确对应链节的升降高度,使活动轿厢的定位更加准确,能适用于各种层高有变化的高楼。
