The invention discloses a lift car vibration damping structure of a high-speed heavy freight elevator. The lift car vibration damping structure comprises a lift car and a car frame which is used for lifting the lift car, wherein the lift car comprises a car top and a car bottom; the car bottom comprises an upper car bottom and a lower car bottom; cross frames of the upper car bottom and the lower car bottom are fastened by screw threads; the screw thread fastened position between the cross frames of the upper car bottom and the lower car bottom is cushioned by vibration damping rubber; clamping plates are clamped at the two sides of the vibration damping rubber; upright posts of the car frame are respectively clamped at the two sides of the car top by a concave part; the concave part comprises a base plate, side components and a middle component, wherein the base plate is fixed at the car top; two side components are separately arranged at the two ends of the middle component; the vibration damping rubber is respectively fixed on side surfaces, towards the upright posts, of the side components and the middle component. According to the lift car vibration damping structure, the vibration damping rubber is cushioned between the upper car bottom and the lower car bottom of the lift car to improve the load buffering effect of the lift car; the vibration damping rubber is fixed on a contact surface where the upright posts are clamped by the concave part to reduce and change the vibration caused by the car frame, so the elevator can run more stably and comfortably.
