The vertical lifting mechanism realizes lifting of the array antenna and the movable antenna in the vertical direction, and the longitudinal telescoping mechanism realizes telescoping of the vertical lifting mechanism and the horizontal telescoping mechanism in the vehicle driving direction. According to the device provided by the invention, the vehicle-mounted ETC data acquisition device is mounted on the longitudinal beam of the travelling crane chassis, ETC performance detection of a toll station and a portal frame system can be carried out under the working conditions of no parking, no road closure and normal vehicle speed, the prominent problems of low detection efficiency, long detection time consumption, need of road closure in the detection process and the like of a traditional ETC detection instrument are solved. The ETC performance detection efficiency and precision are improved, and a data source and a maintenance basis are provided for stable operation and scientific management and maintenance of ETC.
