The invention discloses a flexible spiral pipe exterior crawling device which comprises a vehicle head and a plurality of arc-shaped vehicle bodies sequentially connected to the rear portion of the vehicle head, the arc-shaped vehicle bodies are connected end to end through movable connectors to form a spiral vehicle body wound around the surface of a pipeline, and a turning wheel and a driving wheel are arranged on the inner side of the vehicle head; the turning wheel is arranged at the front end of the inner side of the vehicle head and is driven by a turning motor to change the direction of the vehicle head, and the driving wheel is driven by a driving motor; a plurality of universal wheels are arranged on the inner side of each arc-shaped vehicle body, and the universal wheels, the turning wheel and the driving wheel are all magnetic wheels capable of being attracted to the pipeline. By means of the simple structure, the device can pass almost all obstacles possibly existing on the pipeline, the obstacle crossing action is simple, the efficiency is high, and the climbing speed is not affected by obstacle crossing.

    本发明公开了一种柔性螺旋式管外爬行装置,包括车头和依次连接在车头后面的若干弧形车身,若干弧形车身之间通过活动接头首尾相连组成缠绕在管道表面的螺旋形车体,所述车头内侧设有变向轮和驱动轮,所述变向轮设有车头内侧前端,通过变向电机驱动改变车头方向,所述驱动轮通过驱动电机带动;每个弧形车身内侧均设有若干万向轮,所述万向轮、变向轮和驱动轮均为能吸附在管道上的磁性轮。本发明通过简单结构几乎可以有过管道上可能存在的所有障碍物,越障动作简单,效率高,并且越障不影响攀爬速度。
