The invention discloses a low-cost battery replacement method and system for an electric vehicle. Although the existing battery swap technology can greatly improve the enabling efficiency, the high investment of the battery swap station causes too high battery swap cost, and the battery swap station is difficult to operate and develop independently. According to the self-battery-replacing system for the electric vehicle, a plurality of self-driven chain rope lifting devices which enable the overhanging ends of chain ropes to ascend and descend through guide wheels or winding discs are arranged on a chassis of the electric vehicle or a quick-battery-replacing mounting frame, and chain rope bearing and hanging connecting devices are mounted at the overhanging ends of the chain ropes of the chain rope lifting devices; by connecting a corresponding connecting device of the battery to lift and load the battery or descending to separate the battery to realize: 1, the battery is separated from the electric automobile in danger; 2, battery replacement is completed autonomously, the battery replacement scene and user convenience are enriched, the service cost of the charging and battery replacement station can be reduced, and the service efficiency and profitability of the battery replacement station are improved; and 3, a better standardized battery replacement solution is provided.

    电动汽车的低成本换电方法和系统。现在的换电技术虽然能够大大提高赋能效率,但换电站的高投入造成换电成本过高,换电站难以独立运营和发展。本发明的电动汽车自换电系统是通过在电动汽车底盘或所述快换电池安装架上,设置自驱动的多个通过导轮或卷绕盘让链绳悬垂端升降的所述链绳提拉装置,在所述链绳提拉装置的链绳悬垂端安装有所述链绳承吊连接装置,通过与电池电池的对应连接装置连接提拉装入电池或降下脱离连接分离电池,实现:一,电池遇险与电动汽车分离;二,自主完成电池更换,丰富换电场景和用户用户便利外,还可以降低充换电站的服务成本,提高换电站服务效率和盈利能力;第三,提供一种更好的标准化换电解决方案。
