The intelligent self-service charging pile structurally comprises a charging pile body, an operation panel, a self-service card swiping plate, a dustproof cover plate, a supporting frame and an emergency stop button, the charging pile body is composed of a machine body, a power source device, a deconcentrator, electric leads, a wire clamping device and a wire bunching ring, and the electric leads are separated through the deconcentrator; the electric lead is prevented from being burnt out and further influencing electrification of other socket heads, the clamping mechanism is controlled by the electromagnet to clamp and position the charging plug, so that the charging plug cannot shake or fall off and influence charging, after the electric motorcycle is charged, the electromagnet is stopped from being electrified, and the power supply block pushes the socket heads outwards through the spring; and therefore, electric leakage is prevented when a user uses the charging pile, and the safety performance of the charging pile is improved.
本发明公开了一种智能化自助充电桩及方法,其结构包括充电桩、操作面板、自助刷卡板、防尘盖板、支撑架、急停按钮,充电桩由机体、电源器、分线器、导电线、夹线器、束线环组成,利用分线器将多个导电线进行分隔,避免导电线出现烧毁进而影响另外的插座头通电,通过电磁铁控制夹持机构对充电插头进行夹持定位,让其不会出现晃动或者掉落,影响充电,当电动摩托车充完电后,让电磁铁停止通电,电源块利用弹簧将插座头往外推动,停止对电动摩托车的充电,防止用户使用的时候出现漏电,提高了充电桩的安全性能。
