The invention provides an intelligent charging pile which is used for charging an electric vehicle and comprises a movable base, a mechanical arm, a clamping device, a charging module, a charging gun head, a controller and a vehicle data management system, the mechanical arm and the clamping device are fixedly installed on the movable base, the charging gun head is fixedly installed at the end of the mechanical arm, and the clamping device is fixedly installed on the vehicle data management system. The charging gun head is connected with the charging module through a cable; the clamping device is used for being in contact clamping connection with the electric automobile body; the controller is in control connection with the mechanical arm; after a vehicle is parked after being driven into a charging parking space, the intelligent charging pile automatically moves and is accurately clamped through the movable base in combination with the clamping device, the relative space position relation between the charging pile and the vehicle is determined, and then the mechanical arm is controlled through the controller to achieve rapid and efficient charging operation activities. The whole process is automatic, manpower cost is saved, and charging efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种智能充电桩,用于电动汽车充电,包括:移动座体、机械臂、卡位装置、充电模块、充电枪头、控制器和车辆数据管理系统,所述机械臂与所述卡位装置固定安装于所述移动座体上,所述充电枪头固定安装于所述机械臂的端部,所述充电枪头与所述充电模块之间通过线缆连接;所述卡位装置用于与所述电动汽车车身接触卡接;所述控制器与所述机械臂建立控制连接;当车辆驶入充电车位后停放后,智能充电桩通过移动底座,并结合卡位装置自行移动并精准卡位,确定充电桩与车辆之间的相对空间位置关系,再通过控制器控制机械臂实现快速高效的充电作业活动。全过程自动操作、节约人力成本,提升充电效率。
