The invention discloses an online deicing device for a magnetic levitation contact rail and a deicing method thereof. The online deicing device comprises an energy storage capacitor bank, a controllable switch, a coil, an energy taking circuit and an intelligent control device. The coil is wound into a rectangular single-layer cake-shaped structure and is packaged in a groove of a flat surface of a metal substrate; the coil is in tight clearance contact with the side surface of the magnetic levitation contact rail under the external acting force; the deicing method comprises the steps that when the magnetic levitation locomotive runs, the intelligent control device controls the discharging frequency of the energy storage capacitor bank to the coil, so that the coil generates a high-amplitude pulsed magnetic field; the magnetic levitation contact rail generates an eddy current on the surface adjacent to the coil; a pulse repulsive force is generated between the coil and the contact rail through a pulse magnetic field excited by eddy currents on the surfaces of the coil and the contact rail, mechanical waves formed by the pulse repulsive force spread in the contact rail to crush ice, and the purpose of deicing is achieved. According to the invention, online deicing can be carried out on the contact rail in the running process of the train, and stable operation of the maglev train is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种用于磁浮接触轨的在线除冰装置及其除冰方法,其中在线除冰装置包括储能电容器组、可控开关、线圈、取能电路和智能控制装置;线圈缠绕成长方形单层饼式结构,并封装于金属基板扁平面的凹槽内;线圈在外部作用力下与磁浮接触轨侧面有间隙的紧密接触;除冰方法为:磁浮机车行驶时,通过智能控制装置控制储能电容器组向线圈放电的频率,使线圈产生高幅值脉冲磁场;使磁浮接触轨在与线圈相邻的表面产生涡流;线圈和接触轨表面涡流所激发的脉冲磁场使线圈与接触轨之间产生脉冲斥力,脉冲力形成的机械波在接触轨内传播将覆冰击碎,达到除冰目的。本发明能够在列车行进过程中对接触轨实施在线除冰,保证磁浮列车的稳定运行。
