The invention relates to a deicing device for a rail. The deicing device for the rail comprises a friction disc, the axis of the friction disc is vertically arranged, a connecting mechanism and a braking mechanism are arranged on the friction disc, the connecting mechanism comprises a transmission shaft, fan blades, a bearing, a rotating disc and two connecting assemblies, and each connecting assembly comprises a transmission rod, a spring and a guide hole. The braking mechanism comprises a fixing rod, a first sliding block, a connecting rod, a fixing pipe and at least two supporting assemblies, each supporting assembly comprises a ball, a second sliding block, a supporting rod and two fixing blocks, the supporting rods are parallel to the transmission shaft, and the two ends of the supporting rods are fixed to the transmission shaft through the two fixing blocks respectively. The second sliding block sleeves the middle portion of the supporting rod. According to the deicing device forthe rail, the deicing function is achieved through the connecting mechanism, and in addition, the braking effect of a train is improved through the braking mechanism.
