The invention discloses an automobile mechanical rope transmission clutch control mechanism adjusting device. The adjusting device comprises a flywheel disc, wherein a driving disc, a middle sealing disc and a rear supporting ring sleeve are arranged on one side of the flywheel disc; an oil sealing disc is arranged on the other side of the flywheel disc; a connecting gear sleeve is rotationally mounted in the center of the flywheel disc; the connecting gear sleeve penetrates through the driving disc, the middle sealing disc and the rear supporting ring sleeve; mounting grooves are evenly distributed in the outer wall of the side, close to the middle sealing disc, of the driving disc; gear pin columns are evenly and fixedly mounted on the outer wall of one side of the driving disc; a telescopic spring is arranged in each mounting groove; and a driven disc is fixedly mounted on the circumferential outer wall of the connecting gear sleeve. In the using process, each part can be independently disassembled and is convenient to assemble; the parts such as the sealing disc are arranged, so that the interiors of the driving disc and the flywheel disc are in a sealed environment; and the abrasion degree can be reduced and the service life can be prolonged by adding a lubricating medium.

    本发明公开了一种汽车机械绳索传动离合操纵机构调整装置,包括飞轮盘,飞轮盘的一侧分别设置有主动盘、中密封盘和后支撑环套,且飞轮盘的另一侧设置有油封盘,飞轮盘的中心位置转动安装有连接齿轮套,连接齿轮套分别贯穿主动盘、中密封盘和后支撑环套,主动盘靠近中密封盘的一侧外壁呈均匀分布开设有安装槽,且主动盘的一侧外壁呈均匀设置固定安装有挡位销柱,每个安装槽的内部设置有伸缩弹簧,连接齿轮套的圆周外壁上固定安装有从动盘。本发明在使用过程中,每个零件可以单独拆卸,便于组装,设置有密封盘等零件,使主动盘和飞轮盘的内部处于密封环境,通过添加润滑介质的方式,可以减少磨损程度,延长使用寿命。
