The invention discloses a radial gear type rope adjusting clutch mechanism protection device. The radial gear type rope adjusting clutch mechanism protection device comprises a piston body, wherein a shifting ring is arranged at the outer side of the piston body, a rope adjusting oil cylinder is arranged at the side, close to the shifting ring, of the outer side of the piston body, a rotating shaft is arranged in the piston body, and a locking device is arranged at the outer side of the rotating shaft; and a protection ring is arranged at the side, close to the locking device, of the outer side of the rotating shaft, and a control mechanism is arranged at the side, close to the rope adjusting oil cylinder, of the outer side of the piston body. According to the radial gear type rope adjusting clutch mechanism protection device, inner gear clamping rings are moved downwards to fix the rotating shaft through a gear plate, so that the purpose of fixing the rotating shaft is achieved, and unnecessary abrasion of one part of a machine can be avoided; and clamping rods are pulled to the surface of one side of the shifting ring, and then gear shafts are fixed, so that the clamping rods clamp the shifting ring to achieve the purpose of fixing the shifting ring, the problem that the shifting ring cannot be fixed is effectively solved, and the working cost is invisibly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种径向齿轮式调绳离合机构保护装置,包括活塞主体,所述活塞主体的外侧设置有拨动环,所述活塞主体的外侧靠近拨动环的一侧设置有调绳油缸,所述活塞主体的内部设置有转轴,所述转轴的外侧设置有锁止器,所述转轴的外侧靠近锁止器的一侧设置有保护环,所述活塞主体的外侧靠近调绳油缸的一侧设置有控制机构。本发明所述的一种径向齿轮式调绳离合机构保护装置,通过向下移动内齿轮卡环通过齿轮板固定转轴达到固定转轴的目的,可以避免机械一部分的不必要磨损,通过将夹杆拉动到拨动环的一侧表面再固定齿轮轴使夹杆夹紧拨动环达到固定拨动环的目的,有效的解决了拨动环不能固定的问题,无形中减少了工作成本。
