The invention discloses a steel wire rope lifting stroke measuring device which comprises a box body provided with a transmission module and a measuring module, wherein the whole box body is fixedly connected to the top end of a vertical lifting part of a steel wire rope through bolts and nuts. The transmission module converts up-and-down movement of the steel wire rope into rotation of a magnetic conductive gear at the tail end of a measuring wheel shaft through a measuring wheel in close contact with the steel wire rope. The measuring module measures the number of turns of rotation of the magnetic conductive gear through a Hall dual-channel sensor, converts a high-level signal into a digital signal through a wireless data transmission module, and wirelessly transmits the digital signal to an operation module mounted in an operation room for calculation. The operation module calculates an actual lifting distance of the steel wire rope through a formula, and finally a result is transmitted to a control panel which is also mounted in the operation room to be displayed. The problem that the lifting distance of the steel wire rope of hoisting equipment is measured in real time in the prior art is solved, and the hoisting operation quality and efficiency can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢丝绳升降行程测量装置,包括安装有传动模块及测量模块的箱体,整个箱体通过螺栓螺母固接在钢丝绳竖直升降部分顶端。传动模块通过与钢丝绳紧密接触的测量轮将钢丝绳的上下移动转换成测量轮轴末端导磁齿轮的转动。测量模块通过霍尔双通道传感器测出导磁齿轮转动的圈数,并将高电平信号经由无线数传模块转换成数字信号,无线传输给安装于操作室中的运算模块进行计算。运算模块通过公式计算出钢丝绳实际升降距离,最后将结果传输给同样安装于操作室中的操控面板显示。解决了现有技术中存在的,实时测量起重设备钢丝绳升降距离的问题,能够提高起重作业质量和效率。
