The moving mechanism comprises a guide rail provided with a plurality of insertion holes at intervals in the length direction of the guide rail; a bearing frame is slidably arranged on the guide rail; a moving block is slidably arranged on the guide rail; a plug pin is movably connected with the moving block so as to be switched between a contraction position and a stop position, the plug pin can extend into an insertion hole when located at the stop position, the side, opposite to the first direction, of the plug pin is provided with an abutting inclined face, under the action of thrust towards the second direction, the hole wall of the insertion hole abuts against the abutting inclined face and pushes the plug pin to the contraction position, the plug pin is separated from the insertion hole when in the contraction position, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction; a first driving piece is arranged between the moving block and the plug pin; a telescopic cylinder is connected with the moving block and the bearing frame; the plug pin not only plays a role in transmission, but also plays a role in locking after movement, the locking mode is reliable, the mechanism is particularly suitable for the heavy load working condition, and the possibility of locking failure caused by an existing gear rack is reduced.
