The invention discloses a supporting mechanism for a ship lifting mechanism, a ship lifting system and the ship, which relate to the technical field of ship acoustic equipment lifting mechanism application engineering. At least three supporting structures are arranged, and the supporting structure is used for being fixed to a ship. The supporting structure is arranged around the axis of the lifting rod; the adjacent supporting structures are not coplanar with a plane formed by the lifting rods respectively; the supporting structure comprises a supporting device and a positioning device. The supporting device is rotationally fixed outside a ship. The movement direction of the output end of the supporting device faces the axial direction of the lifting rod, the positioning device is fixed toa ship, the output end of the positioning device is rotationally fixed to the supporting device, and the positioning device is used for driving the output end of the supporting device to move towardsor away from the ship. After the acoustic equipment works for a long time, the lifting rod is not deformed.
