The invention discloses a method for acquiring a vehicle speed from a road monitoring video. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, selecting a proper road section to install road monitoring video, wherein when a road is selected, the road needs to be flat, and the road needs to be straight; marking an initial position and a final position of a vehicle on the road, wherein the initial position is marked by K1, and the final position is marked by K2; obtaining the information of the vehicle through a video, measuring, recording and calibrating the image features of the vehicle, carrying out representation learning on the image features through a convolutional neural network, and carrying out image feature extraction on any time point of the vehicle, wherein a time node is taken as a standard axis, and each time node corresponds to one image feature; and establishing a dynamic model. According to the method, the vehicle speed in the monitoring video is measured through the image features and the motion parameters of the vehicle, the vehicle speed can be more accurately obtained, the method is simple, and the vehicle speed can be rapidly obtained through calculation.

    本发明公开了一种从道路监控视频获取车辆车速的方法,包括S1:选取合适的路段进行道路监控视频的安装,在进行道路的选择时,道路需要平整,且道路需要笔直的道路,首先在道路上标记出车辆经过的初始位置和终点位置,且初始位置用K1标示,终点位置用K2标示,通过视频获得车辆的信息,测量并记录标定车辆的图像特征,将图像特征通过卷积神经网络进行表征学习,然后对车辆的任意一个时间点进行图像特征的提取,将以时间节点为标轴,每个时间节点对应一个图像特征,建立动态模型。本发明提出通过进行图像特征和车辆的运动参数进行监控视频中的车辆速度测定,可以更加准确的进行车辆车速的获得,且方法简单,可以快速的计算得到。
