The invention discloses a ramp assist control method, device and system for an electric vehicle. The ramp assist control method is applied to a controller that controls an output torque of a motor of the electric vehicle; the ramp assist control method comprises the steps that: the duration time meeting the conditions that the speed of the electric vehicle is 0, the gear is a driving gear, an accelerator pedal is not pressed down, the inclination angle of the vehicle body is larger than a first angle and a brake pedal is not pressed down is obtained; whether the duration time is less than or equal to first set time or not is judged; and under the condition that the duration time is judged to be equal to or smaller than the first set time, the motor is controlled so that the motor can continuously output motor torque used for counteracting sliding torque of the electric vehicle, and thus the electric vehicle is suspended on a ramp. The static torque sensor is adopted to directly measure the sliding torque of the vehicle, the motor torque and the sliding torque are counteracted to achieve temporary parking, the response speed is high, real-time and accurate effects are achieved, and the cost is low.
