A high-voltage isolation rectifier transformer and a plurality of AFE converters are arranged in the charger body, the input end of the high-voltage isolation rectifier transformer is connected with an external high-voltage wire, and the AFE converters are connected in parallel. The input end of each AFE converter is in communication connection with the output end of the high-voltage isolation rectifier transformer through a line, the output end of each AFE converter is connected with a charging gun located outside the charger body through a line, a socket is further arranged on the outer wall of the charger body, and a jack is formed in the side, away from the charger body, of the socket. And a cover plate capable of covering the jacks is hinged to the socket. The problem that a traditional charger control system is complex in frame structure and low in power supply efficiency is well solved, the structural layout is simple and compact, node loss can be reduced, and the power supply efficiency of a charging station is improved. And the socket can be efficiently protected.
本发明公开了一种高压接入式IGBT充电机控制系统,包括充电机主体,充电机主体内设置有一个高压隔离整流变压器和若干AFE变换器,高压隔离整流变压器的输入端连接有外部高压电线,AFE变换器并联,且AFE变换器的输入端与高压隔离整流变压器的输出端通过线路通信连接,每个AFE变换器的输出端均通过线路连接有位于充电机主体外部的充电枪,充电机主体的外壁还设置有插座,插座远离充电机主体的一侧设置有插口,且插座上铰接有能盖合插口的盖板。较好的解决了传统充电机控制系统框架结构复杂供电效率不强的问题,且简单紧凑的结构布局,能够降低节点损耗,并提高充电场站的供电效率。且对插座有高效保护。
