The invention provides a no-load test system for elevator loaded descending brake performance, and relates to an elevator brake performance detection technology. The no-load test system can test the average deceleration of a lift car in the elevator no-load brake process, and whether an elevator meets the requirement for 125% rated load stroke lower end bilateral descending brake performance and 100% rated load stroke lower end unilateral descending brake performance or not is judged through a calculation model. A brake deceleration measuring module measures the average brake deceleration of the lift car of the elevator in the elevator brake process, a brake instant detection module detects the brake instant of a brake execution mechanism on a brake wheel to obtain the brake execution instant moment, a brake triggering module triggers the brake execution mechanism to brake the rotating brake wheel to achieve brake stopping of the lift car of the elevator, and a main controller controls the brake triggering module to trigger the elevator brake execution mechanism to act and obtain lift car deceleration data, measured by the brake deceleration measuring module, of the elevator and an action instant signal, detected by the brake instant detection module, of the brake execution mechanism.
