The invention discloses a heavy-load over-descending buffer elevator. The heavy-load over-descending buffer elevator comprises a car arranged in an elevator shaft, wherein a slide bar, sliding blocksand buffer rods are arranged at the bottom of the car; wedge blocks are arranged on the sides of the slide bar; the sliding blocks are arranged on the sides of the slide bar and are close to the wedgeblocks; the sliding direction of each sliding block is perpendicular to the slide bar; the two buffer rods are coaxially hinged to the bottom of the car; one ends of the two buffer rods are respectively arranged on two sides of each sliding block while buffer wheels are both arranged on the other ends of the two buffer rods; buffer blocks are arranged on the inner wall of the elevator shaft; eachbuffer block is gradually widened from top to bottom; and the two buffer wheels are respectively arranged on two sides of each buffer block. By means of the reasonable structural design, the larger gravity on the elevator is, the larger the buffering force is, so that the descending height of the elevator is reduced, the load of the system is reduced, and the use convenience and the service lifeof the elevator are improved.

    本发明公开了一种重压过下降缓冲电梯,包括设置在电梯井内的轿厢,所述轿厢的底部设置有滑动杆、滑块和缓冲杆,所述滑动杆的侧边安装有楔块,所述滑块位于滑动杆的侧边,且邻近楔块,所述滑块的滑动方向垂直于滑动杆,两根所述缓冲杆同轴铰接在轿厢的底部,两根所述缓冲杆的其中一端分别位于滑块的两侧,另外一端均设置有缓冲轮,所述电梯井的内壁上设置有缓冲块,所述缓冲块自上而下逐渐加宽,两个所述缓冲轮分别位于缓冲块的两侧。本发明通过合理的结构设计能够使电梯受到的重力越大,缓冲力度越大,进而减小电梯下降的高度,减少系统的负荷,提高了电梯的使用便捷性和寿命。
