The invention relates to a pre-embedded process equipment lifting device. The pre-embedded process equipment lifting device comprises one or more pre-embedded rods fixedly arranged in a wooden base body at intervals and lifting rings mounted at the end parts of the pre-embedded rods, and the lifting rings are arranged on the outer side of the wooden base body. In the stacking process of the wooden base body, the pre-embedded rods with a plurality of cylindrical rods fixedly connected with circular truncated cone bodies are inserted into the wooden base body, epoxy resin cement gum is poured into the pre-embedded rods, due to the fact that a plurality of inclined grooves are formed among the plurality of cylindrical rods and the circular truncated cone bodies, the falling can be prevented after the inclined grooves, the epoxy resin cement gum and the inner wall of the wooden base body are combined, and the bonding area is increased through the inclined grooves; the length of each rod body is consistent with the length of the wooden base body, the rod bodies are pre-embedded in the wooden base body and fixed by smearing the epoxy cement gum, and the lifting rings are fixedly mounted at the two ends of the rod bodies, so that the force bearing performance is greatly enhanced; and the pre-embedded process equipment lifting device is simple in structure, convenient to mount, firm and durable, and not prone to breakage in use.

    本发明涉及一种预埋式工艺装备起吊装置,其包括间隔固定设置在木质基体内的一个以上的预埋杆以及安装在预埋杆端部的吊环,所述吊环设置在木质基体外侧;在木质基体堆料过程中,本发明若干个圆柱杆与圆锥台体固定连接的预埋杆插入木质基体内,其内部灌注环氧树脂胶泥,由于若干个圆柱杆与圆锥台体之间形成若干个斜凹槽,斜凹槽、环氧树脂胶泥以及木质基体内壁结合后可防脱落,斜凹槽增加胶接面积;杆体长度与木质基体长度一致,将杆体预埋在木质基体里面,涂抹环氧胶泥固定,杆体两端固定安装吊环,承力性能将极大增强;本发明结构简单,安装方便,结实耐用,使用时不易断裂。
