The invention discloses a PEMFC alternating current disturbance signal regulation and control method based on an MOSFET high-speed switch, belongs to the field of fuel cell automobile research and development, and aims to solve the problem that an alternating-current component on a PEMFC direct-current bus of a double-source motor PEMFC automobile cannot be accurately regulated and controlled to test the internal resistance of the PEMFC in real time due to the fact that a DC/DC converter structure is canceled. The invention provides a low-cost method for generating a PEMFC alternating current disturbance signal based on MOSFET high-speed switch regulation, so that the method can be applied to a PEMFC internal resistance test process. According to the alternating current signal disturbance method, the alternating current component on the PEMFC direct current bus can be independently regulated and controlled, the DC/DC converter is not needed so that the space and weight of the system can be reduced, the complexity of a regulation and control circuit is reduced, and influence of mutual interference between power circuits on the regulation and control performance of the test system is avoided; and meanwhile, the use of high-frequency special equipment is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
一种基于MOSFET高速开关的PEMFC交流扰动信号调控方法,属于燃料电池汽车研发领域。针对双源电机PEMFC汽车由于取消了DC/DC转换器结构而无法精确调控PEMFC直流母线上的交流成分以实现对PEMFC内阻进行实时测试的问题。本发明提供一种低成本的基于MOSFET高速开关调控的PEMFC交流扰动信号生成方法,以使其应用于PEMFC内阻测试过程中。该交流信号扰动方法既可实现对PEMFC直流母线上的交流成分进行独立调控,无需DC/DC转换器以节约系统空间和重量,降低了调控电路的复杂性,避免了功率电路之间的相互干扰对测试系统调控性能的影响;同时又减少了对高频专用设备的使用,节约了成本。
