The invention provides tubeless tire inner liner rubber and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of natural rubber processing. According to the invention, a layered silicate filled brominated butyl rubber nano composite material prepared by a continuous dynamic matching latex (CDLD) method is used as a main raw material, and a small amount of EPDM is added for blending use. The inner liner rubber with characteristics of ultra-high gas and liquid permeation resistance, strong aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation property, high strength and high modulus is obtained, the large extrusion shrinkage change amount of the inner liner rubber when an inner liner is manufactured by singly using IIR is improved, and the service life of the inner liner is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种无内胎轮胎气密层胶及其制备方法,属于天然橡胶加工技术领域。本发明以连续动态配合胶乳(CDLD)法制备的层状硅酸盐填充溴化丁基橡胶纳米复合材料为主要原料,并加入少量EPDM掺混使用的气密层胶配方,得到了具有超高防气体和液体渗透性、强耐老化性、耐化学腐蚀性、优异电绝缘性和高强度、高模量的气密层胶,并改善单一使用IIR制造气密层时出现的气密层胶挤出收缩变化量大的情况,且提高气密层使用寿命。
