The invention relates to a tire inner liner rubber composition, which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials based on 100 parts by weight of rubber components: 40 to 90 parts of brominated butyl rubber, 10 to 40 parts of natural rubber, 10 to 40 parts of epoxidized natural rubber, 10 to 40 parts of nano clay, 30 to 80 parts of carbon black, 0 to 10 parts of oil plasticizer, 1.0 to 6.0 parts of tackifying resin and 2.0 to 20 parts of liquid butyl reclaimed rubber, 1.0 to 10 parts of a homogenizing agent; according to the composition, liquid butyl rubber or liquid butyl reclaimed rubber formed by high-temperature cracking is mainly used for replacing an oil plasticizer, and epoxidized natural rubber is used for replacing part of brominated butyl, so that the air permeability coefficient of an inner liner formula is reduced, and the air retaining performance of a tire is improved.
