The invention discloses a design method for increasing the depth of a dry dock by using a cast-in-situ bored pile-in-row wall. The design method is characterized in that pile-in-row, a coping beam and an original dock wall form an integral combined self-standing structure for increasing the depth of the dry dock, and a large-wall-thickness lining wall is arranged in front of the pile-in-row for deepening; and the specific construction comprises the construction of grouting row piles, coping beams, newly-built dock wall front toes, lining walls and newly-built dock bottom plates. Compared with the prior art, the design method has the advantages of simple structure, low engineering cost, short construction period, good economical efficiency and convenient and simple construction, is particularly suitable for reutilization of deepening transformation of the existing dock, and greatly meets the production requirements of existing ship building.

    本发明公开了一种利用钻孔灌注排桩墙加大干船坞深度的设计方法,其特点是采用排桩和压顶梁与原坞墙形成加大干船坞深度的整体组合自立结构,在排桩前设置大壁厚衬砌墙为加深,具体施工包括:灌注排桩、压顶梁、新建坞墙前趾、衬砌墙和船坞新建底板的施工。本发明与现有技术相比具有结构简单,工程费用低,施工周期短,尤其适用既有船坞加深改造的再利用,经济性好,施工方便、简单,大大满足了现有船舶修建的生产需要。
