The invention discloses a crane anti-collision device based on engineering safety. The device comprises a supporting steel frame and an anti-collision steel plate, a cross beam is bolted to the top of the supporting steel frame, supporting frames are welded to the two sides of the top of the cross beam, a first through groove is transversely formed in the center of an inner cavity of the cross beam, and a control box is slidably connected to the top of the first through groove; and a lifting rope is in transmission connection with the center of the bottom of the control box, a clamping frame is connected to the side, away from the control box, of the lifting rope in a bolted manner, and air cylinders are connected to the two sides of the clamping frame in a bolted manner. Through cooperation of a second through groove, a buffer plate, a sliding groove, a connecting rod, an elastic rod and an anti-collision plate, impact force impacted on an anti-collision pad can be subjected to primary decomposition and counteracting, the conduction strength of the impact force is weakened in advance, and through cooperation of an induction radar probe and an alarm lamp, an object close to the safety distance of the anti-collision plate can be inducted; and alarm sound is used for giving an alarm to surrounding constructors, and the purpose of predicting and sensing object collision in advance is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于工程安全的起重机防撞装置,包括支撑钢架和防撞钢板,所述支撑钢架的顶部栓接有横梁,所述横梁顶部的两侧均焊接有支撑架,所述横梁内腔的中心处横向开设有第一通槽,所述第一通槽的顶部滑动连接有控制箱,所述控制箱底部的中心处传动连接有吊绳,所述吊绳远离控制箱的一侧栓接有夹持架,所述夹持架的两侧均栓接有气缸。本发明通过第二通槽、缓冲板、滑槽、连接杆、弹力棒和防撞板的配合,可对撞击在防撞垫上的撞击力进行一级分解抵消,预先削弱撞击力的传导力度,通过感应雷达探头和报警灯的配合,可对靠近防撞板安全距离之内的物体进行感应,再通过警报声对周边施工人员进行警报,达到对物体碰撞提前预知感应的目的。
