The structure comprises an outer plate, a sandwich layer and an inner plate, the outer plate and the inner plate are oppositely arranged, and the outer plate and the inner plate are bonded through the sandwich layer; the sandwich layer comprises a plurality of chiral negative Poisson's ratio cells arranged in an array and a buffer filler, and gaps of the chiral negative Poisson's ratio structure are filled with the buffer filler; each chiral negative Poisson's ratio cell is composed of a plurality of node rings, a plurality of ligaments and rigid metal fillers, each node ring is connected with at least three ligaments, and the node rings are filled with the rigid metal fillers. The chiral negative Poisson's ratio cell arranged in an array mode are introduced into the sandwich layer and filled with low-density buffer filler, compression is borne in the impact direction when an impact load is borne, compression is also generated on the side face, materials can flow to the position nearby an impact part, and therefore the local density of the structure is increased, and the damage resistance is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种基于负泊松比效应的舷间抗冲击防护结构,包括外板、夹芯层和内板,外板与内板相对设置,且外板与内板之间通过夹芯层粘接;夹芯层包括阵列排布的若干手性负泊松比胞元和缓冲填料,缓冲填料填充于手性负泊松比结构的间隙处;每一手性负泊松比胞元均由若干节点环、若干韧带以及刚体金属填料构成,每一节点环与至少三条韧带连接,且节点环中均填充有刚体金属填料。本发明通过在夹芯层中引入阵列排布的手性负泊松比胞元,并用低密度的缓冲填料进行填充,使在承受冲击载荷的时候于冲击方向承受压缩,而在侧面也发生压缩,材料就会向冲击部位附近流动,进而使得结构局部密度增大,显著提升了抵抗损伤的能力。
