The invention relates to a negative poisson ratio honeycomb structure which can be applied to design of a vehicle safety belt. According to the novel negative poisson ratio honeycomb structure, the honeycomb shape is designed to be a crossed honeycomb structure arranged in a staggered mode, an inwards-concave hexagonal structure is adopted in the longitudinal direction, the inwards-concave hexagonis in an up-down symmetrical dovetail (1) shape, a star-shaped structure is fused to a dovetail head (2), and the star-shaped structure is in left-right symmetry and is separated from a middle concave angle. When the upper end and the lower end of the structure are subjected to large tensile stress, a bevel edge (4) of the inwards-concave hexagon is pressed to be inwards concave, then inward pullforce is generated on an upper side edge (3) of the star-shaped structure, a concave angle (5) at the star-shaped structure is pulled to be large, the transverse distance is increased, and thereforethe auxetic effect is achieved. The safety belt is ingenious in design, and on the premise that the enough strength of the safety belt is guaranteed, the problem that a traditional safety belt hurts ahuman body during emergency braking is solved through the unique auxetic effect of the negative poisson ratio structure.

    本发明涉及一种负泊松比蜂窝结构,可应用于汽车安全带设计。新的负泊松比蜂窝结构,将蜂窝形状设计为交错排布的交叉型蜂窝结构,纵向采用内凹六边形结构,内凹六边形呈上下对称的燕尾(1)形状,在燕尾头部(2)处融合星型结构,星型结构呈左右对称,并从中间凹角处分开。当结构上下两端受到较大拉应力时,内凹六边形的斜边(4)将受压发生内凹,进而对星型结构的上侧边(3)产生向内的拉力,星型结构处的凹角(5)被拉大,横向距离增大,从而呈现拉胀效应。本发明设计巧妙,在保证安全带足够强度的前提下,通过负泊松比结构独特的拉胀效应,解决了传统安全带在紧急制动时对人体的伤害。
