The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace, in particular to a plasma pneumatic heating and radiation heating coupled heating device. A plasma heater is used for providing a pneumatic heat source for a sample piece; a radiant heater is located at the focus of a second heat reflection mechanism, radiant heat generated by the radiant heater is reflected to a first heat reflection mechanism through the second heat reflection mechanism, the first heat reflection mechanism reflects and concentrates radiant heat flow on the surface of a sample piece, and therefore convection and radiation coupling heating of the sample piece is achieved, the thermal environment borne by the thermal protection layer in the flight process of the aerospace craft is simulated, and then heat preventionand insulation assessment on the structure and materials of the hypersonic aircraft is completed. Finally, the problems that instruments in the aircraft cannot work normally and the personnel safetyis low due to thermal decomposition in the material of the thermal protection layer in the actual high-speed flight process of the aerospace aircraft are overcome.

    本发明涉及航空航天技术领域,尤其是涉及一种等离子体气动加热与辐射加热的耦合加热装置;本发明通过利用等离子体加热器为试样件提供气动热源;辐射加热器位于第二热量反射机构的焦点处,辐射加热器产生辐射热流经第二热量反射机构反射至第一热量反射机构,第一热量反射机构再将辐射热流反射集中在试样件表面,从而实现试样件的对流和辐射耦合加热,以模拟航天飞行器在飞行过程中热防护层所承受的热环境,进而完成对高超声速飞行器结构和材料的防隔热考核,最终避免航天飞行器在实际高速飞行过程中热防护层因材料内部热分解而出现飞行器内部仪器不能正常工作和人员安全的问题发生。
