The invention relates to the technical field of thermal environment tests of small wing-shaped structures of high-speed aircrafts, in particular to an aerodynamic thermal vibration combined test device for a small wing rudder structure. The aerodynamic thermal vibration combined test device comprises a vibration exciter and a sliding table bottom plate, wherein the vibration exciter and the sliding table bottom plate are arranged on a base; a horizontal sliding table is slidably connected with the sliding table bottom plate, and the vibration exciter is connected with the horizontal sliding table through a rigid connecting rod; and a test piece is fixed on the horizontal sliding table, and the test piece is arranged opposite to a spray pipe of anelectric arc heater. The electric arc heateris adopted for heating air, the heating efficiency is very high, the highest temperature of the obtained supersonic airflow can reach 3000-6000 DEG C, and the highest temperature is far higher than the heating capacity limit of static heating devices such as a quartz lamp. High-temperature, high-speed and high-shear airflow is jetted to the surface of the test piece, the test environment is closer to the real service environment of the airfoil structure and the material, and the test result has higher reference value for the safe reliability design of the hypersonic flight vehicle.

    本发明涉及高速飞行器小型翼型结构热环境试验技术领域,尤其是涉及一种小型翼舵结构气动热‑振联合试验装置。试验装置的激振器和滑台底板设置在底座上;水平滑台与滑台底板滑动连接,且激振器通过刚性连接杆与水平滑台连接;试验件固定在水平滑台上,且试验件的与电弧加热器的喷管相对设置。采用电弧加热器对空气进行加热,加热效率非常高,所获得的超声速气流的最高温度可达3000~6000℃,远超石英灯等静态加热装置的加热能力极限。将高温高速和高剪切的气流喷射到试验件表面,试验环境与翼型结构及材料的真实服役环境更为接近,试验结果对于高超声速飞行器的安全可靠性设计更具参考价值。
