The invention relates to a lifting mechanism, in particular to a multistage tubular lifting mechanism capable of being energized internally. The mechanism comprises a supporting plate, a telescopic pipe mechanism, a telescopic driving mechanism and sliding contact power supply mechanisms. The telescopic pipe mechanism and the telescopic driving mechanism are arranged on the supporting plate, the telescopic driving mechanism is used for driving the telescopic pipe mechanism to stretch out and draw back in the vertical direction, the telescopic pipe mechanism comprises multiple stages of extending pipes which are sequentially nested and connected in a sliding mode, and each sliding contact power supply mechanism is arranged between the two adjacent corresponding extending pipes. Each slidingcontact power supply mechanism comprises a power connection copper bar and a power connection copper conductor, wherein the power connection copper bars are arranged on the inner walls of the extending pipes located on the outer side in the axial direction, and the power connection copper conductors are arranged at the upper ends of the outer walls of the extending pipes located on the inner sideand make contact with the power connection copper bars. The multistage tubular lifting mechanism is compact in structure and light in weight, stretches out and draws back step by step in a linkage mode, and meets the requirement that a telescopic mechanism required in the application has the advantages of being compact in structure and small in size and can stretch to the required length in limited space.
