The invention relates to the technical field of underwater winches, in particular to an underwater winch adopting a hydraulic brake system. The underwater winch comprises a winch rack, a brake and a speed reducer, the winch rack is provided with a winch drum and a rope arranging device, the brake and the speed reducer are connected with the drum, the brake is connected with a hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder is connected in a hydraulic system controller. The speed reducer is connected with a gear assembly, the gear assembly is connected with the winch drum and the rope arrangingdevice, and a mooring rope is wound on the winch drum. The brake is arranged to be a belt brake. The underwater winch further comprises a first mounting cabin and a second mounting cabin, and a hydraulic control system is placed in the second mounting cabin. The hydraulic system is adopted for controlling the belt brake to control the descending speed of the underwater winch, when the underwater winch is close to the designated depth, a descending stopping instruction is obtained, a brake belt is tensioned, system braking is achieved, multiple times of braking can be adopted in the working process to control the descending speed of the winch, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and a good control effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及水下绞车技术领域,具体涉及一种采用液压刹车系统的水下绞车,包括带有绞车卷筒和排绳装置的绞车机架以及与所述的卷筒相连接的制动器和减速器,所述制动器连接液压缸,所述液压缸连接在液压系统控内,所述减速器连接齿轮组件,所述齿轮组件与所述绞车卷筒和排绳装置连接,所述绞车卷筒上绕卷有缆绳。所述制动器设置为带式制动器。还包括第一安装舱和第二安装舱,液压控制系统放置在第二安装舱内。本发明采用了液压系统控制带式制动器来控制的水下绞车的下降速度,当接近指定深度后,得到停止下放指令,拉紧刹车带,系统刹车制动,工作过程中可采取多次刹车来控制绞车下降速度,结构简单、操作方便,取得了较好的控制效果。
