The invention discloses multi-well trial production equipment adopting a hydraulic winch. The multi-well trial production equipment comprises a two-stage oil pumping support, a hydraulic cylinder driving the sliding oil pumping support to extend and contract, multiple trial production units identical in structure and multiple power units identical in structure, a variable pump, an overflow valve, a control pump and a hydraulic oil tank in each power unit are connected with the corresponding trial production unit through multiple groups of quick-change joints to form a constant-pressure network, wherein three quick-change joints form a group. The constant-pressure network provides high-pressure oil liquid to each trial production unit, pressure and flow of a hydraulic system inside the constant-pressure network are adjusted by respective hydraulic transformer and electromagnetic unloading valve, and stroke and times of stroke are adjusted independently. The hydraulic transformer and a low-speed large-torque hydraulic motor serve as main driving elements, a high-speed hydraulic pump or motor and an energy accumulator serve as hydraulic weights, and the low-speed large-torque hydraulic motor and the high-speed hydraulic pump or motor jointly drive the winch to rotate to drive an oil pumping rod to move up and down so as to complete trial production work. The multi-well trial production equipment has the advantages of high loading capacity, stepless adjustment of stroke and times of stroke, high adaptability and high efficiency.
