The invention provides an AGV bidirectional automatic battery replacing device, system and method. The device comprises a first charging station, a second charging station and a battery replacing station, wherein the first charging station and the second charging station are respectively disposed at two sides of the battery replacing station, and any one of the first charging station and the second charging station is provided with a replacement battery; each of the first charging station and the second charging station comprises a driving assembly, a judging assembly and a charging assembly,the driving assemblies are used for taking out and putting in the batteries from the AGV, the judging assemblies are used for judging whether the batteries exist on the corresponding charging stationsor not, and the charging assemblies are used for charging the batteries on the corresponding charging stations and judging whether the batteries are fully charged or not. The device is advantaged inthat the charging stations are arranged on the two sides of the battery replacing station, the driving assembly is arranged to take out and put in the battery, the battery can be cyclically replaced on the left side and the right side, the taken-out battery is directly charged, and therefore the battery replacing time is shortened, and efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种AGV小车双向自动换电池装置、系统及方法,该装置包括第一充电工位、第二充电工位和换电池工位,第一充电工位和第二充电工位分别设置于换电池工位两侧,第一充电工位和第二充电工位中的任一个上设置有替换电池,第一充电工位和第二充电工位均包括驱动组件、判断组件和充电组件,驱动组件用于从AGV小车中取出和放入电池,判断组件用于判断对应充电工位上是否有电池,充电组件用于给对应充电工位上的电池充电并判断是否充满。本发明通过在换电池工位两侧设置充电工位,并设置驱动组件取出和放入电池,能够实现左右两侧来回循环更换电池,取出的电池直接进行充电,从而缩短了更换电池的时间,提高了效率。
