The invention relates to a water-cooled high-temperature vibration test switching tool which comprises a disc-shaped tool body, two water pipe connectors are symmetrically arranged on the circumferential side face of the tool body, and a plurality of counterbores used for being fixedly connected with a vibration table and a plurality of threaded holes used for being fixedly connected with a test piece are formed in the end face of the tool body at intervals. On the end face, the counterbores and the threaded holes form an inner ring and an outer ring which are concentric, an inner ring coolingwater way and an outer ring cooling water way are formed in the tool body, and the inner ring cooling water way and the outer ring cooling water way are concentric with the tool body and communicatewith the tool body. A double-layer annular water path design is adopted, a cooling water path has no dead angle at 360 degrees, the flow and the proportion of the inner and outer ring cooling water ways can be adjusted by adjusting the hole diameters of the inner and outer ring cooling water ways, the temperature field of the tool is changed, and the optimal cooling effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种水冷式高温振动试验转接工装,包括圆盘状工装主体,工装主体的圆周侧面对称设置两水管接头,工装主体的端面上由彼此间隔设置的若干用于与振动台固定连接的沉头孔和若干用于与试验件固定连接的螺纹孔,在所述端面上,若干沉头孔和若干螺纹孔形成同心的内圈和外圈,工装主体内部形成内环冷却水路和外环冷却水路,内环冷却水路和外环冷却水路均与工装主体同心且二者连通。其采用双层环形水路设计,冷却水路360度无死角,并可通过调整内外环水路孔径大小可调节内外环冷却水路流量大小和配比,改变工装的温度场,达到最优的冷却效果。
