The invention relates to a chemical tanker duplex stainless steel jointed board flatness control method, which comprises the following steps that 1, a stainless steel plate is processed, the toleranceof the length and the width of the stainless steel plate relative to a theoretical value does not exceed 1mm, and the tolerance of the diagonal line relative to the theoretical value does not exceed3mm; 2, a stainless steel jointed board horizontal jig frame is manufactured, and it is guaranteed that the upper end face of the stainless steel jointed board horizontal jig frame is horizontal; 3, stainless steel jointed boards are laid and assembled on the stainless steel jointed board horizontal jig frame, positioning welding is conducted on stainless steel jointed board pieces, the length ofpositioning welding is 30-50 mm, the height of positioning welding is 3-4 mm, the distance of positioning welding is 300-500 mm, and positioning welding is not conducted within the range of 100 mm from the center of a cross-shaped jointed seam of the stainless steel jointed boards; and 4, stainless steel jointed board paving and welding are conducted, weights are evenly placed on the stainless steel plates on the two sides of the jointed seam, and the distances between the weights and the jointed seam are not larger than 1 m. The flatness of the stainless steel jointed board is controlled in the board jointing stage, and the working hours consumed by flatness in the subsequent stage are reduced.

    本发明涉及一种化学品船双相不锈钢拼板平整度控制方法,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、不锈钢钢板加工,保证不锈钢钢板的长、宽相对理论值的公差均不超过1mm,对角线相对理论值的公差不超过3mm;步骤2、不锈钢拼板水平胎架制作,保证不锈钢拼板水平胎架上端面水平;步骤3、不锈钢拼板在不锈钢拼板水平胎架上铺板装配,不锈钢拼板件进行定位焊,定位焊的长度在30‑50mm,定位焊的高度在3‑4mm,定位焊的间距在300‑500mm,不锈钢拼板十字形拼接缝中心100mm范围内不进行定位焊;步骤4、不锈钢拼板铺板焊接,在拼接缝两侧的不锈钢钢板上均匀放置压铁,压铁距离拼接缝不超过1m。本发明在拼板阶段控制不锈钢拼板的平整度,减少后续阶段平整度所耗费的工时。
