In the inner bottom plate flatness control stage, pressing blocks are arranged on the two sides of a spliced plate weld joint to avoid welding deformation, and an inner bottom plate is formed after spliced plates are spliced; anouter plate segment jig frame is manufactured in the outer plate segment precision control stage, and it is guaranteed that outer plate segments are attached to the outer plate segment jig frame; a folding jig frame is built in the folding precision control stage of the outer plate segments and the inner bottom plate, the inner bottom plate and the folding jig frame are fixed through spot welding, an inner bottom plate structural part is installed, and finally the outer plate segments are turned over to be folded with the inner bottom plate. According to the method, measures are taken in allstages from the whole process of segmented construction of the duplex stainless steel innersole of the chemical tanker, it is guaranteed that the flatness of the finally-folded innersole segment meetsthe construction precision and quality requirements of the innersole segment, and the segmented construction period is shortened.
