The invention relates to a liquid cargo tank structure thermal stress absorption device suitable for an ammonia power duplex stainless steel chemical tanker, which is used for a ship, the ship comprises a bulkhead plate, the bulkhead plate is matched with a heat dissipation layer, a gas cooling device and a vibration excitation device, and the gas cooling device is connected with the heat dissipation layer. The vibration excitation device utilizes the principle of eliminating thermal stress through hammering to generate high-frequency small-energy knocking motion so as to eliminate thermal stress caused by the bulkhead plate under the action of a high-temperature heat source, the designed heat dissipation layer of the porous structure, the gas cooling device and the vibration excitation device are organically combined, and the heat dissipation layer of the porous structure is used for blocking transmission of the high-temperature heat source; the gas cooling device is combined to cool the bulkhead space for forming the abnormal temperature field, the phenomenon that excessive thermal stress is generated among internal tissues of the bulkhead plate due to excessive heat input is avoided, and the vibration excitation device is adopted to eliminate thermal stress of the bulkhead plate caused by a high-temperature heat source.
本发明涉及适用于氨动力双相不锈钢化学品船的液货舱结构热应力吸收装置,用于船舶,船舶包括舱壁板,舱壁板配套有散热层、气体冷却装置和激振装置,气体冷却装置与散热层连接,激振装置利用锤击消除热应力的原理通过产生高频小能量敲击运动以消除舱壁板在高温热源作用下所引发的热应力,本发明将设计的气孔状结构散热层、气体冷却装置与激振装置有机结合,利用气孔状结构散热层阻隔高温热源的传递,结合气体冷却装置对以形成异常温度场的舱壁空间进行降温,避免因过量热输入而导致舱壁板内部组织间产生过大热应力现象,采用激振装置消除舱壁板在高温热源下引发的热应力。
