The invention discloses a hydrogen energy automobile energy feedback management system and a management method thereof. According to the system, a vehicle control unit is electrically connected with adisplay module, an energy storage device, a motor controller, a fuel cell controller and a brake controller, and the brake controller is electrically connected with a wheel speed sensor and a brake pedal travel sensor. Braking energy feedback is initiated by the braking controller, so that the energy feedback efficiency can be greatly improved, braking deceleration is completely completed by regenerative braking of the motor, braking energy is completely converted into electric energy by the motor and stored in the energy storage device, and the braking energy recovery efficiency is improved;the energy of the fuel cell system can also be recycled, and the braking deceleration of the vehicle can be calculated by using a brake pedal travel sensor, so that the economy and the safety of braking energy recycling are greatly improved, andeconomy and safety of braking energy recovery are greatly improved; and the vehicle speed is calculated by adopting the wheel speed sensor for inputting data to the brake controller, so that the vehicle speed is more accurate than that obtained through indirect calculation of the vehicle speed by using the motor speed.

    本发明公开了一种氢能汽车能量回馈管理系统及其管理方法。该系统包括整车控制器分别与显示模块、储能装置、电机控制器、燃料电池控制器和制动控制器电性连接,制动控制器分别与轮速传感器和制动踏板行程传感器电性连接。本发明由制动控制器发起制动能量回馈可以极大的提高能量回馈效率,在制动减速度较低的时候完全由电机再生制动来完成,制动能量完全由电机转换为电能并存储到储能装置,提高制动能量回收效率;燃料电池系统的能量也可以被回收,以及制动踏板行程传感器的运用,可以对车辆制动减速度进行计算,极大的提高了制动能量回收的经济性和安全性;采用轮速传感器输入给制动控制器计算车速,比使用电机转速间接计算车速要更加准确。
