The invention relates to a cargo boom base of a light-weight hoisting transport vehicle. The cargo boom base comprises a base disc (1), a left side plate (2), a right side plate (3), a front connecting plate (4), a rear connecting plate (5) and a variable-amplitude oil cylinder hinge seat (6), wherein a winch mounting plate (7) is arranged between the left side plate (2) and the right side plate (3), the two sides of the winch mounting plate (7) are welded on the rear sides of the left side plate (2) and the right side plate (3), the left side plate (2) and the right side plate (3) are each composed of an inner side plate (8) and an outer side plate (9), the peripheries of the outer side plates (9) are bent towards the inner side plates (8), the edge parts are welded with the peripheries of the inner side plates (8), and the lower parts of the inner side plates (8) and the outer side plates (9) are welded with the base disc (1). The cargo boom base has the advantages that the strengthis guaranteed, the weight is light, the open welding phenomenon is not likely to happen, and safety is good; and due to the fact that welding stress is overcome, the open welding phenomenon is avoided, the lifting capacity can be improved, and use is safer and more reliable.
