The invention discloses a novel hoisting mechanism for a crane boom. The novel hoisting mechanism comprises an automobile chassis, wherein a fixed seat is arranged on the automobile chassis, and a lower boom is arranged on the upper part of the fixed seat; a crane boom body I is rotationally arranged at the end part of the lower boom, a crane boom body II is rotationally arranged at one end part of the crane boom body I, a telescopic boom is arranged at the end part of the crane boom body II, and a working bucket is arranged at the end part of the telescopic boom; and lifting structures are arranged between the lower boom and the bottom of the crane boom body I and between the upper part of the crane boom body I and the bottom of the crane boom body II, the two lifting structures compriseupper auxiliary booms, lower auxiliary booms, transmission lead screws and gear motors, and control face boards are arranged on the automobile chassis and in the working bucket. According to the novelhoisting mechanism for the crane boom, the motors are used as power, and hydraulic oil is not used, so that energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved; the structure is simple, repairing and maintenance are easy, cost is low, double self-locking is safer, and light weight of the device can be realized; and in addition, motor drive is adopted, slow start and slow stop can be achieved easily through control of the control face boards, and therefore the cargo boom can ascend and descend more stably.

    本发明公开了一种新型起重臂起重机构,包括汽车底盘,汽车底盘上设有固定座,固定座上部设有下臂,下臂端部转动设有起重臂一,起重臂一端部转动设有起重臂二,起重臂二的端部设有伸缩臂,伸缩臂的端部设有工作斗,下臂与起重臂一的底部之间、起重臂一的上部与起重臂二的底部之间设有升降结构,两组升降机构均包括上辅助臂、下辅助臂、传动丝杠、减速电机,汽车上和工作斗内均设有操控面板。本发明全部使用电机做动力,不使用液压油,节能环保;结构简单,易维修保养,成本低;双重自锁更加安全;可以实现上装的轻量化;另外电机驱动,通过操控面板的控制,比较容易实现缓启动和缓停机,这样起重臂的升降会更加平稳。
