The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, and relates to a battery quick-change mechanism and an automobile. The mechanism comprise an automobile body fixing seat, a battery fixing seat, a locking device and an elastic piece. The vehicle body fixing seat is used for being connected with a vehicle body and provided with a first receding hole. The battery fixing seatis used for being connected with a battery, and a containing cavity is formed in the battery fixing seat. The locking device comprises a locking shaft and a locking handle arranged on the locking shaft, the locking shaft is movably arranged on the battery fixing seat in a penetrating mode, the locking handle can penetrate through the first receding hole when rotating to the unlocking position, andthe locking handle can abut against the side, deviating from the battery fixing seat, of the automobile body fixing seat when rotating to the locking position. The elastic piece is arranged in the containing cavity and used for providing an elastic force for the locking device, and the locking handle abuts against the side, away from the battery fixing seat, of the automobile body fixing seat under the elastic force effect of the elastic piece. The connection between the vehicle body fixing seat and the battery fixing seat is realized in a manner of abutting against the locking handle so thatthe connection is reliable, and the mechanism can be repeatedly used.

    本发明属于汽车制造技术领域,涉及一种电池快换机构及汽车,包括车身固定座、电池固定座、锁止装置和弹性件;车身固定座用于与车身连接,车身固定座上设有第一避空孔;电池固定座用于与电池连接,电池固定座上设有容纳腔;锁止装置包括锁止轴和设于锁止轴上的锁止手柄,锁止轴活动穿设于电池固定座,锁止手柄转动至解锁位置时能够穿过第一避空孔,锁止手柄转动至闭锁位置时能抵接于车身固定座的背离电池固定座的一侧;弹性件设于容纳腔内,并用于为锁止装置提供弹力,在弹性件的弹力作用下锁止手柄抵紧于车身固定座的背离电池固定座的一侧。通过采用锁止手柄抵接的方式实现车身固定座与电池固定座之间的连接,使得连接可靠,并可重复利用。
