The invention relates to a quick-change locking mechanism assembly for battery replacement and an electric automobile. The mechanism assembly comprises a lock pin end used for being fixedly connected with the automobile body and a battery end used for being fixedly connected with a battery, the lock pin end comprises an automobile body lock pin, the battery end comprises a lock body, an elastic piece and a magnetic attraction locking piece capable of being driven by an external magnetic field, the lock body is provided with a lock body cavity, an insertion hole is formed in the lock body, the automobile body lock pin can stretch into the lock body cavity in the axial direction through the insertion hole, the magnetic attraction locking piece is used for locking the end, inserted into the lock body, of the automobile body lock pin in an unlocking mode, and the elastic piece is located between the magnetic attraction locking piece and the lock body. When no external magnetic field is applied to the quick-change locking mechanism assembly for battery replacement, the elastic piece supports the magnetic attraction locking piece to enter the locking position for locking the automobile body lock pin, and when an external magnetic field is applied, the magnetic attraction locking piece can overcome the movement of the elastic piece to enter the unlocking position for releasing the automobile body lock pin.
