The embodiment of the invention provides a separation device for an aerospace craft, and the separation device comprises a separation shell, the outer surface of the separation shell is provided witha weakening groove, and the weakening groove divides the outer surface of the separation shell into two parts; an explosion expansion assembly; a protective cover which is provided with a containing groove, the explosion expansion assembly is arranged in the containing groove, the protective cover is fixed to the inner surface of the separation shell, a groove opening of the containing groove faces the inner surface of the separation shell, and the explosion expansion assembly and the weakening groove are arranged back to back; wherein the weakening groove is used for weakening the strength and rigidity of the separation shell at the weakening groove, and when the explosion expansion assembly explodes to generate expansion deformation, the acting force of the expansion deformation of the explosion expansion assembly divides the separation shell into two parts along the weakening groove. According to the separation device of the invention, the technical problem that a traditional separation device cannot meet the development requirements of aerospace crafts is solved.

    本申请实施例提供了一种用于航天飞行器的分离装置,包括:分离壳体,所述分离壳体的外表面形成有削弱槽,所述削弱槽将所述分离壳体的外表面划分为两个部分;爆炸膨胀组件;保护罩,所述保护罩具有容纳凹槽,所述爆炸膨胀组件置于所述容纳凹槽内,所述保护罩固定在所述分离壳体的内表面且所述容纳凹槽的槽口朝向所述分离壳体的内表面,所述爆炸膨胀组件和所述削弱槽相背设置;其中,所述削弱槽用于削弱分离壳体在所述削弱槽处的强度和刚度,在所述爆炸膨胀组件发生爆炸产生膨胀变形时,所述爆炸膨胀组件的膨胀变形的作用力将所述分离壳体沿所述削弱槽分为两部分。本申请实施例解决了传统的分离装置无法满足航天飞行器的发展要求的技术问题。
