The embodiment of the invention provides a separation shell of an aerospace craft separation device, and the separation shell comprises a weakening groove which is formed in the outer surface of the separation shell and divides the outer surface of the separation shell into two parts; and an explosive component mounting position, which is used for mounting an explosive component of the separationdevice and located on the inner surface of the separation shell, wherein the weakening groove and the explosive component mounting position are arranged oppositely; and the weakening groove is used for weakening the strength and rigidity of the separation shell at the weakening groove, so that the separation shell is divided into two parts along the weakening groove when the explosive part at theexplosive part mounting position explodes. According to the embodiment of the invention, the technical problems that a separation shell of a traditional aerospace craft separation device is complex instructure and high in assembly difficulty are solved.
