The invention belongs to the field of aircraft general assembly technology support systems. A multifunctional butt joint frame vehicle capable of moving freely comprises four single frame vehicles. The first-stage section and the second-stage section of an aircraft are parked on a first frame vehicle, a second frame vehicle and a third frame vehicle respectively, the height of the frame vehicles are adjusted through a universal wheel train, the two sections are made to be located at the same horizontal height, and the two sections are made to be located on the same axis through horizontal freemovement of the universal wheel train. The threaded ends of the two sections are close to each other, and the sections can roll in the circumferential direction through a rolling wheel system on a supporting bracket, so that rotary butt joint of the two sections is achieved. The second frame vehicle and the third frame vehicle are replaced with a fourth frame vehicle, the supporting brackets of the second frame vehicle and the third frame vehicle are removed, and a launching device is placed on the upper planes of the second frame vehicle and the third frame vehicle. The docked aircraft is moved to the front end of the launching device through the first frame vehicle and the fourth frame vehicle and is slowly propelled, and horizontal docking of the aircraft and the launching device is achieved. By the adoption of the multifunctional butt joint frame vehicle, the constraint that a rail assembly plant is needed can be thrown away, the guarantee conditions of a general assembly plant are reduced, and aircraft section-level rotary butt joint and horizontal butt joint work of the aircraft and the launching device are completed.

    本发明属飞行器总装技术支援系统领域,本发明共有四台单体架车。飞行器一、二级部段分别停放到架车一及架车二、三,通过万向轮系调整架车高度,使两部段在同一水平高度上,通过万向轮系水平自由移动使两部段在同一轴线上。将两部段螺纹端靠近,通过支撑托上的滚轮系,部段可进行环向滚转,实现两部段的旋转对接。使用架车四替换架车二、三,并拆除架车二、三的支撑托,将发射装置放置于架车二、三的上平面。将已对接的飞行器通过架车一、四移动至发射装置前端,并缓慢推进,实现飞行器与发射装置的水平对接。采用本发明,可抛开须有轨道装配厂房的束缚,减少总装厂保障条件,完成飞行器部段级旋转对接及飞行器与发射装置的水平对接工作。
