The invention provides a battery power supply system, a control method thereof and a vehicle. The system comprises a first power supply line, a second power supply line, a battery assembly, a batteryheating assembly, a charging switch and a pre-charging circuit, wherein one end of the battery assembly is connected with the first power supply line, and the other end of the battery assembly is connected with the second power supply line; the battery heating assembly comprises a heating resistor and a heating switch; the charging switch is arranged on the first power supply line; the pre-charging circuit is connected with the charging switch in parallel and comprises a charging switch and a heating resistor, one end of the pre-charging switch is connected with one end of the charging switch,the other end of the pre-charging switch is connected with one end of the heating resistor and one end of the heating switch, the other end of the heating resistor is connected with the other end ofthe charging switch, and the other end of the heating switch is connected with the second power supply line. Therefore, the pre-charging circuit and the battery heating assembly reuse the heating resistor, the pre-charging resistance can be saved, the cost is reduced, and the failure rate of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明提出一种电池供电系统及其控制方法、车辆,系统包括:第一供电线路和第二供电线路;电池组件,电池组件的一端与第一供电线路相连,电池组件的另一端与第二供电线路相连;电池加热组件,电池加热组件包括加热电阻和加热开关;设置于第一供电线路的充电开关;与充电开关并联连接的预充电路,预充电路包括充电开关和加热电阻,预充开关一端与充电开关一端相连,预充开关另一端与加热电阻的一端和加热开关的一端相连,加热电阻的另一端与充电开关的另一端相连,加热开关的另一端与第二供电线路相连。由此,预充电路与电池加热组件复用加热电阻,可节省预充电阻,降低成本,减少整车故障率。
