The invention discloses a vibration isolation pad structure, and belongs to the technical field of automobile parts. The structure comprises an upper vibration isolation pad, a lower vibration isolation pad, an inner sleeve and a bolt, wherein a first through hole is formed in the upper vibration isolation pad, a second through hole is formed in the lower vibration isolation pad, the inner sleevecomprises an annular plate and a cylinder which are coaxial, the annular plate extends outwards from the edge of the upper end of the cylinder, the lower surface of the annular plate abuts against theupper surface of the upper vibration isolation pad, the cylinder penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole, the upper surface of the lower vibration isolation pad is attached to the lower surface of the upper vibration isolation pad, and the bolt penetrates through the inner sleeve.
