The invention relates to a control method suitable for rotating speed extreme mutation of a switched reluctance motor of an electric vehicle, which is designed by adopting a brand-new strategy, and realizes the judgment of a rotating speed mutation condition of the motor by respectively calculating time difference between edge signals in a specified direction of two adjacent position pulses in position signals of each phase of the motor based on the position signals of the motor. Under the condition of sudden change of the rotating speed, main switch tubes of all phases of the motor are turnedoff, and delay design is combined, so that the electric vehicle enters an inertial operation state, and therefore, power system fault protection caused by wrong turn-on phases of the switched reluctance motor of the electric vehicle is avoided, motor torque pulsation is reduced, and the problems of shaking of the electric vehicle and even burning of a motor controller are avoided; the actual execution of the whole design control strategy effectively improves the reliability of the electric vehicle driving system, and optimizes the driving feeling of the electric vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种适用电动汽车开关磁阻电机转速极端突变的控制方法,采用全新策略进行设计,基于电机位置信号,通过分别计算电机各相位置信号中、相邻两个位置脉冲指定方向边沿信号之间的时间差,实现电机转速突变状况的判断,并在转速突变情况下,关闭电机各相主开关管,结合延迟设计,使得电动汽车进入惯性运行状态,从而避免电动汽车开关磁阻电机开通相错误所导致的功率系统故障保护,降低电机转矩脉动,避免电动汽车抖动,甚至烧毁电机控制器的问题,整个设计控制策略的实际执行,有效提升了电动车驱动系统系统的可靠性,优化了电动汽车驾驶感。
