The invention discloses a working brake device of a mining hoisting winch in the field of winch brake devices. The working brake device comprises a winch plate, wherein mounting seats are fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the winch plate, cavities are formed in the mounting seats, rotating rods are rotationally connected to the interiors of the cavities, one end of each of the rotatingrods is fixedly connected with a brake sleeve set, brake grooves are formed in the brake sleeve sets, limiting bulges are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the brake grooves, and a transmission roller is fixedly connected to one side of each of the brake sleeve sets. According to the working brake device, a first motor is started by a worker, so that the first motor drives a first screw rod to rotate through a motor rotating shaft; and the first screw rod and a second screw rod are in threaded connection with each other, and the first screw rod is installed in a coupler, so that whenthe first screw rod rotates, the first screw rod keeps rotating but the position is not changed, the second screw rod can ascend along with the rotation of the first screw rod, and then a brake rod and a brake tray are driven to ascend.

    本发明公开了绞车制动装置领域的一种矿用提升绞车工作制动装置,包括绞车板,绞车板顶部的两侧均固定连接有安装座,安装座的内部开设有空腔,空腔的内部转动连接有转杆,转杆的一端固定连接有制动套组,制动套组的内部开设有制动槽,制动槽的外表面固定连接有限位凸起,制动套组的一侧固定连接有传动滚筒;本发明,工作人员启动第一电机,使得第一电机通过电机转轴带动第一螺杆进行转动,由于第一螺杆和第二螺杆相互螺纹连接,且第一螺杆又安装在联轴器的内部,从而使得当第一螺杆在进行转动时,第一螺杆保持转动但位置不变,第二螺杆将会伴随第一螺杆的转动进行上升,进而带动制动杆和制动托盘进行上升。
