The invention relates to the technical field of underground equipment, and discloses a disc-type brake winch for underground coal mining and a hoisting method thereof. The positions, above driven gears, of inner cavities of shells are movably sleeved with driving shafts, so that two sides above the inner cavities of the shells are directly sleeved with axles of a rotating shaft, and the two sidesof the rotating shaft are limited in the radial direction and can only rotate axially; and driving gears located on the two sides are simultaneously meshed with the driven gears, so that a transmission rod I and a transmission rod II can be linked without connection by a connecting shaft, and the problem of incapability of rotating due to the fact that too many traction lines on a driven shaft areblocked by the connecting shaft since the driving gears need to be connected by the connecting shaft is avoided. The maximum length of traction capable of being carried by the equipment is improved,and meanwhile, the transmission rod I and the transmission rod II are arranged on the driving shafts on the two sides, so that an operator can perform two-hand operation, the operation difficulty of original equipment is reduced, and the practicability of the device is improved.

    本发明涉及井下设备技术领域,且公开了一种煤矿开采井下用盘型制动式绞车及其起吊方法,通过外壳内腔位于从动齿轮上方的位置上活动套接有主动轴,使得转轴的轮轴直接套接在外壳内腔上方的两侧,使得转轴的两侧都得到进项的限制而只能进行轴向旋转,同时位于两侧的主动齿轮同时与从动齿轮进行啮合,使得传动杆Ⅰ和传动杆Ⅱ之间不在需要连轴连接也可进行联动,避免了主动齿轮之间需要连轴连接而导致从动轴上的牵引线过多时受到连轴阻碍而无法转动的问题,提高了该设备所能进行牵引的最大长度,同时通过两侧的主动轴安装有传动杆Ⅰ和传动杆Ⅱ可以使操作人员进行双手操作,从而减轻原有设备的操作难度,提高了该装置的实用性。
